
Edgar Rodríguez-Díaz, a reknown Puerto Rican musician, is the creator of Percusion Rustica™. Mr. Rodríguez-Díaz is passionate about percussion instruments and is always looking for ways to create unique sounds and rhythms through inventive designs using organic materials such as tropical wood, gourds, and pods. His unique instruments are an expression of his love for music and percussion instruments in particular. He currently performs as a member of salsa, latin jazz, and popular music groups in Puerto Rico, and has toured with some of them in the United States and Latin America.
